Each generated Exam Maker PDF may contain a maximum of 20 questions. Requests exceeding this limit may be rejected or require the user to create multiple separate PDFs.
Production Limits
The Service is also subject to daily and monthly PDF-production limits, which may vary depending on the user’s subscription plan. These limits may be changed from time to time, and users are responsible for monitoring their available usage.
Protecting the Service
To protect the Service from misuse, automated activity, and unauthorized access, we may review usage patterns. Reaching the applicable daily PDF-production limit on seven consecutive days during periods that are not designated examination periods may be treated as potentially suspicious or abusive activity. This usage pattern may trigger an account review.
Enforcement Actions
If we reasonably determine that an account has engaged in suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise prohibited activity, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and our agreement with the user:
- temporarily restrict or suspend the account;
- permanently terminate the account;
- cancel the user’s subscription; and
- refuse further access to the Service.
Refunds
Where an account or subscription is suspended or terminated because of a violation of these Terms or suspected misuse, no refund will be provided for any unused subscription period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may, at our discretion, request additional information or allow the user to explain the activity before making a final decision.
These limits are intended to ensure fair access and reliable service for all users and do not guarantee uninterrupted or unlimited PDF production.
